We offer a design team to assist in making the many decisions unique to building a custom home. Johnstown Estates is a luxury new home neighborhood in the heart of Great Bridge, Chesapeake located off Waters Road and Johnstown Road. Phase I has a minimum lot dimension of 10,000 square feet with 33 homesites. Currently, we have four new home models to choose from, both two stories and ranch, with square footage ranging from 2, 700 to 3, 200.

In 1972 Andy Kopassis started Kopassis Construction, building custom homes across Virginia Beach, Virginia. Kopassis Construction has provided full custom home construction services throughout Hampton Roads area for the last 40 years.
