Dennis Corporation, as a construction manager, acts and participates as the owner's representative throughout the project to ensure the owner's particular needs are achieved. Our track record for delivering projects on schedule and within budget is a credit to our experienced staff that coordinates between architectural, engineering and construction design and construction teams with quick resolutions to issues. As the owner's representative, our team of professionals will ensure each specific project's expectations are met.

Dennis Corporation is experienced and certified to perform Chapter 1 and Chapter 17 Special Inspections. Our Special Inspections Division has worked on a variety of educational, governmental, commercial and residential projects. Dennis Corporation's staff is certified to perform inspections in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Code Council's (ICC) International Codes (I-Codes), Office of School Facilities (OSF), Office of State Engineer (OSE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Welding Society (AWS), American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNDT), South Carolina Labor, License and Regulation Board (SCLLR), South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), and South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT).

Dennis Corporation's Construction Management division is trained, experienced, and skilled in many technical areas. Our personnel have been involved with numerous CM and CE&I projects involving building renovations, new construction, roadway improvements, and building demolition. Dennis Corporation uses Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Management Software throughout the entire project to help identify and mitigate risks in the course of planning, managing, and completing a project. We are able to identify areas where resource costs may be reduced by analyzing resource trends and costs.

Dennis Corporation has designed many unique structural engineering projects. We have served clients in many facets of structural engineering including design, analysis, and inspection in both the public and private sectors. Our resources include state of the art design software as well as inspection equipment. In addition, we are able to produce vivid 3-D structural imagery for use in presentations. Dennis Corporation can provide design services in both reinforced concrete and steel. Our staff has extensive experience with a wide range of structural projects, including buildings, bridges, foundations, retaining walls and parking garages.

The goal of Dennis Corporation's Project Management - Building Division is to use our qualified and experienced personnel to deliver high quality professional construction management services to our clients. Quality, Time and Budget (QTB) goals and objectives will be the top priority for each project. Dennis Corporation's Project Management - Building Division offers project management/construction management services but not general contracting services; giving the Division independence in representing the owner/client's interests with no possible conflicts of interest.

Designing a project may seem daunting, however our environmental division can easily navigate the environmental permitting and regulatory process with our experienced staff, strong personal relationships, and innovative and efficient approaches. We are comfortable providing environmental services for state agencies, the Department of Defense, local municipalities and counties, and private land owners.

Dennis Corporation's Water Resource Services focus on the study and assessment of storm water routing occurring through open-channel and/or closed-system flows (hydrology/ hydraulics). Utilizing the latest stormwater modeling software Dennis Corporation personnel are able to model storm events from large watershed areas and drainage basins down to closed systems conveying stormwater through detention/retention facilities. Our project managers and engineers assist our clients to meet their water resources needs no matter the scale.
