Our History Schuster Concrete Construction, also known as DGS Construction, Inc., was founded in 1974 by Daniel G. Schuster with little more than a pick-up truck, a shed-full of tools, and the determination to succeed in business. With seven locations in Maryland, our sister company - Schuster Concrete - has been serving the greater Baltimore and western Maryland area, as well as, parts of northern West Virginia and southern Pennsylvania, for more than 40 years.
