When you demand an experienced, honest and efficient commercial contractor, Bertolet Construction is the best choice. Trust us with new commercial construction, renovations, additions, repairs, excavation, concrete, pre-engineered buildings and more. From planning through completion, we deliver quality work every step of the way.
Founded by Tom Bertolet in 1975, we began modestly as Bertolet Cement Contractors with just Tom's sturdy back and his green pickup truck. In 1988, Bertolet Cement Contractors became Bertolet Construction Corporation, focusing on building commercial buildings, renovations, site work and roadwork. Today, Bertolet Construction Corporation has grown to be a full service general contractor for Industrial, Commercial, Municipal and Community-based customers. Our success has come largely through solid relationships with repeat customers throughout the county.
From additions to buildings, pre-engineered structures are a cost-effective solution as an alternative to traditional design-build services for garage, workshop, farm, storage and other spaces. Using pre-engineered designs is just one of the many ways we help our clients achieve their construction goals in the most beneficial way possible.
Before you can even break ground, you must overcome a variety of hurdles, such as zoning, land development and permitting. Because of our extensive experience and relationships with municipalities, engineers and architects, we can successfully navigate the details and get your new construction project underway. From concept to completion, Bertolet Construction will get the job done.
Many owners add on to existing buildings rather than building new facilities, but the requirements related to additions are generally more complicated than new buildings. Our long-time background in renovations enables us to be the ideal partner for your project.
Bridge culverts, pipe work, pump stations, roads - these are among the many projects we've safely and cost-effectively managed for municipalities, counties and state & federal governments.
When it comes to Bertolet Construction and pipe work, you have a perfect fit. Since the late 1980's, we have been performing excavations, concrete and pipe work in-house, giving us control of every project and ensuring the highest productivity and quality.
