When you call into Royal Flush Plumbing, in reference to any location in Georgia, your calls are routed to our central dispatch center in Lilburn, GA. We house a staff of highly trained dispatchers and customer service specialists so that we may provide the very best possible experience to our customers. From there the jobs are sent out to technicians from numerous cities throughout the state. We try to send a plumber who is based out of your home area, unless your job is an emergency, in which case we send the technician who can get there the quickest.

The team from Royal Flush Plumbing that came out to our house was amazing. We had a back-up in our master bath shower and were seeing water on our downstairs ceiling. Concerned we would have to put holes in our ceiling, we reached out and got an appointment right away. John was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and get it fixed. Saved us so much angst as we were ready to tear apart the ceiling. We now have a great resource for any plumbing issues. Great job!

I've been using Royal Flush for the past five or six years and it has always been a very professional experience. I just had a water heater installed by Justin and he was awesome. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable as he was working he was explaining what he was doing and why. My water heater is definitely up to code and very nicely installed. Thank you! Tech Ahman came out to Mcdonough for us today. I cannot express how amazing he was. He went above and beyond to help us with payments. A true lifesaver. He told us about other issues the bigger companies that came out didn't. Ahman and Royal Flush (love the name too) are absolutely awesome!!!I totally recommend them!!

Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Timely mannered and Respectful just to name a few. This is an exceptional company who I highly recommend. I would also like to mention one of their men "Buddy", he communicated effectively to us from start to finish, every step of the way we felt at ease that our plumbing issues were in great hands. He was also very attentive to my youngest son, which was very heartwarming to see such a compassionate human being, taking the time to acknowledge a young boy just wanting to play and talk lol.

This was our first experience with RF. First, Their commitment to the customer is above and beyond, when everyone else was asleep, Chad made it a point to stop by at 10pm to assess our plumbing needs, yes 10pm! Second, Chad assessed the issue in less than ten minutes, gave me multiple options to take care of our hot water gas heater and gave me his professional opinion as to how we should proceed, he did not point me in the direction of the most expensive option, True Professional. Third, called his Boss and his Boss told him don't leave without sealing the deal but take great care of the customers, Leadership by example! Fourth, the guys took great caution and care removing the old water heater in and out of the house, new wood floors and stairs, and was totally respectful to my family and our ferocious teacup Shitzu. RF and Chad is first class all the way and they ensure that we were taken care of! You would be cheating yourself by not giving them a call, you will not be disappointed! We truly appreciate you RF, Chad and his assistant!
