Gary Myer founded Speedwell Construction, Inc. in 1990 in Manheim, Pennsylvania with the help of his father-in-law, John Ebersole. Gary and John initially focused on small commercial building construction. In 1994, Keith Ebersole joined the firm as a partner. We built our first CVS Pharmacy on Prince Street in Lancaster in 1996. CVS has since become one of our largest clients with over 150 stores built by our construction firm in the Northeast Region. We have expanded to different markets while continuing to retain satisfied customers with a repeat business rate of over 80%.
