Founded and managed by Michael C. Isbir Jr., Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. was formally established in 1997 under the name of Mickey's Lawn Service. Our company originated and still is located in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania. Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. provides services to the Pittsburgh Area. We offer our clients a wide, yet specialized range of services including Versa-Lok Retaining Wall Systems, Omni-Stone paving stones, drainage systems, and the landscaping to complete the job.

Our mini skid steer and mini excavator are ideal for digging and excavating in back yards and other hard to reach areas. We use these machines for our excavating services for certain projects because they do not damage lawns and can fit through many smaller fence gates. Erosion control fabrics, silt fence, straw waddles, and hydroseeding can be effectively employed to reduce erosion on your site or to establish a beautiful new lawn on a steep slope without fear of a washout. These products are required by federal law on construction sites larger than 1 acre.

Mini wall blocks are designed for 1-2′ high walls where they are more decorative than structural. These retaining walls are great for constructing a raised landscape bed or for protecting a tree. This is because landscape timbers and railroad ties rot, attract insects, and require replacing every 10 - 25 years. However, we do have experience in installing these types of retaining walls.

ICLC has a Certified Concrete Paver Installer on staff and will make sure that your driveway will not rut due to inadequate base preparation. This is the key to a successful paver installation that will be subjected to vehicular traffic. All paver installations meet or exceed the specifications set by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute. All paver installations are supervised by a Certified Concrete Paver Installer. Sidewalks, whether curved or straight are no problem and we can even incorporate sidewalks with steps in matching colors.
