EW Howell is a highly-experienced, well-respected New York-based general contractor and construction manager. For 125 years, EW Howell has been building highly visible, complex projects in the New York area on-time, on-budget, and with as little fuss as possible. Initial decisions on a project include: where and when do we get involved in a project, how much does the owner want to be involved in the day to day aspects and how much risk does the owner wish to retain. EW Howell is equally confident and comfortable operating as either Construction Manager or General Contractor, depending on the needs of the client and the project.

The Interiors Division reestablishes a specialty from EW Howell's deep history of quality construction and is dedicated to working with architects and businesses to bring our 'Build Simply' philosophy and commitment to excellence to interior construction. The quality of work is a direct reflection on the corporate client that it's being done for, so EW Howell has formed a division that understands and builds with this perspective in mind. Mr. Hohmann has 32 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
