Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in construction on a variety of building types and sizes ranging up to $20 million, including both new and renovated projects for education, healthcare, commercial, housing and hospitality clients. He takes an active role in preconstruction and construction services including client relations, contract negotiations, insurance/risk management, financial oversight and project management. With an MBA and a Master of Real Estate and construction management, Matt brings a unique understanding of both construction management and financial management of projects.
