The owner of an existing dental office in Wilmington approached Pinnacle Construction Company, Inc. about constructing a new, larger building on the same site. He came to us with a rudimentary sketch on a piece of paper. From that, we came up with a design, retained an architect, and completed the building in two phases. In order for the dental office to stay in business during construction, we built half of the new building, moved the office into that area, then tore down the other half and constructed the second portion.
