By using this delivery method, the owner doesn't need to hire, manage or coordinate a group of contractors and sub-contractors and we can work to find the best design and implementation solution possible for the project. We also ensure a cohesive flow for the project and, ultimately, take responsibility for the design and construction of the facility.
