Since we are a full service construction company, we handle your modular home project from concept to completion, including. Graduated from Westfield State University and has a MA from Ball State University and has been a custom modular home builder since 1972. Fred has a Construction Supervisors license, Home Improvement Contractor's license and a Septic Installers license. He joined the company full time after graduating from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Construction Technology and has been working full time as a modular home builder since 1995.

Septic systems are small scale sewage treatment systems common in areas with no connecting to sewage pipes provided by a city or town. They generally consist of a tank that is connected to an inlet pipe on one end and a septic drain field on the other.
