Our experience in this field of service includes office buildings, laboratory renovations, academic renovations, medical facilities, and specialized program spaces. We have completed many projects serving as Owner's Project Manager for our clients, who were so impressed with Cardinal's management approach and attention to detail, that they then turn to us to construct their small to mid-size "special projects" as well.
Schedulers, Planners, and Superintendents who are adept at managing construction projects from feasibility through construction and close-out. Cardinal provided construction management services for the renovation of the First Floor computer lab within the Salisbury Laboratories building on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute campus. Cardinal completed an extensive renovation of 5,500 sq-ft of the Salisbury Lab Building at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), converting laboratories into offices and classrooms for faculty members and students.
