Our President Jim Nowlin has been the owner and president of Remodeling Concepts, Inc. since its inception in 1988. He has been in the construction industry since 1975, where he has been involved in building and remodeling homes to meet the diverse needs of his Houston clients. Jim has been an active member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders since 1995. In addition to his membership, Jim has served on numerous councils and committees, where he is an example to his fellow remodelers Serving as the president of the GHBA Remodelers Council in 2013, Jim is known for his leadership, integrity and willingness to help both his clients and others in the remodeling industry.
