We start out by listening to your ideas and understanding your vision. Once an assessment of the project is developed, a Feasibility Estimate is assembled for your review. Acceptance of the budget range and the Project Development Agreement (PDA) initiates the creation of the design team, either our in-house design staff or an independent architect. The PDA also includes services for working with governing bodies, development of material specifications, and a detailed estimate. Design options and material selections are reviewed throughout the project development, as well as budget and schedule considerations.
