Trade Wind Builder's main focus back in 1997 was to focus as a design-build company for the turn-key design and construction of single-family homes on customers privately owned property in Brevard County. Prior to starting this company, our founder had a long history of working in subdivisions where builders offer models of homes with very limited selections and no flexibility in allowing clients to make changes to a plan. He did not want that type of company. Since 1997 our business model has not changed from its original focus.
