During your contract, selections process and through to the closing of your new home, your Sales Associate will keep you informed on the progress of your new home with photos, e-mails and phone calls. Beyond that communication however, we also have a 6 step structured process to guarantee a smooth building experience for you. 2. Pre-Construction Meeting - You will have an opportunity to meet the homebuilding team, the professionals who will make the dream a reality. This is an opportunity to review your selections and ask any questions you may have about the building process.
