Unbelievably positive interaction with SoCal Airflow Pros. They are remarkably friendly and extremely knowledgable. Being veteran-owned means a lot to us, as our son’s a Marine and we have extended family in the armed forces as well.
Our AC unit had acted up a few times over the years and they were able to come out and fix it, even though it was very old. I knew that I wanted to give them a shot at an estimate when it came time to finally replace, as I feel they’ve earned it. Sure enough, the furnace/heater went down on us during one of the late 2021 cold spells - I had had enough. Contacted SoCal Airflow Pros first thing and they were able to come out within a couple of days. After discussing all of our options with Saul, we decided on a complete revamp with a heat pump, all new ducting, etc. They were able to set an install date the following week! Very impressed and excited to move so quickly.
Ulysses showed up with Rich, surveyed everything, and got started. They had to rebuild the platform in the garage where the furnace/blower and hot water heater stood. They were even able to remove the water heater, rebuild the platform, with a sheet metal top and coping… To say the outcome of Uly’s efforts were anything but a work of art, really doesn’t do it justice. (I am SO impressed). Uly even got inside and underneath, cleaned and sealed off any portion that wasn’t necessary for the operation so it was streamlined for efficiency. Rich was dealing with another issue in the backyard where the unit stood - there was cement build-up where the new platform needed to go. He didn’t skip a beat and did everything he could to remove and level the area. It was incredibly tedious work and a lot of labor.
Alex and Octavias were dealing with vents and ducts while the others were in the garage and backyard. These two guys did an amazing job with the duct work in the attic. Everything is now to code, the air flow is remarkably better in every room - downstairs and upstairs. I’m sure we’ll see the full efficiency of the unit as we get into the summer months as well.

Cody’s crew was amazing! We had a hiccup with the asbestos abatement company before Cody’s crew came in to start the work & the issue was addressed right away. When we were clearly frustrated by the asbestos removal situation, the workers were calm and helpful. Everyone who came to work in our home were respectful to us, to our property and also to each other. We were honestly impressed by how professional the entire crew was & how pleasant everyone was to deal with. We would recommend this company to any one of our friends and family members with zero hesitation. Great company and the customer service was simply fantastic!!!

Kevin did a great job balancing out the system and showing us options for cleaner air. He helped us order a new filter and gave us a great explanation of how the system worked. He was very courteous and wore a mask the whole time. I would highly recommend the team. From start to finish great company.

Our A/C broke and I called in the morning not expecting a quick response during our heatwave. But my call was returned within a few minutes. The woman I spoke with was efficient, friendly and empathetic to our situation. She was able to get someone to come out later that same day. The repairman was terrific. Fast, knowledgeable, and the cost was extremely reasonable. 10 out of 10!

I accidentally hit the review button and couldn’t get out, so I will review my experience thus far. Today I had a scheduled appointment for an estimate on a new system. First, Brandon, who scheduled the appointment was so nice, patient and professional. He gave me a one hour window NOT a 3 or 4. Tyler came out to check out my current, broken, air conditioning system. He was on-time, professional and prepared with booties in hand. He was the first person who came to my house to give me an estimate that brought a drop cloth (my attic is in my house) to protect my closet rug. Can you believe all this?
Tyler was patient thorough. He showed me pictures of my current system and we discussed various options. He gave me the approximate price upfront, which was nice. He needed to look into a few things for me before I get my final two quotes which I know I will get shortly unlike other companies I’m still waiting on. The majority of the reviews I have read, have been good and everyone says how clean they are (which is EXTREMELY important to me) so, they sound great. I will leave another review if I use them to let you know if their installation experience is as good as their estimate experience.

Tyler was professional and spent the time to breakdown the different options. He Answered all our questions and did not rush us on the visit. The owner Cody and Tyler are knowledgeable and have many years in the industry. It’s a company you can trust and prices are not inflated. Great service and fast install. Installation was complete in one day. 3 techs on the job for a complete downstairs unit. Arrived on time and communication was accurate. New American Standard unit is quieter and was told will run on 1/2 the electricity.
