Sump pumps can be a good solution for frequent flooding and overtaxed basement or crawl space drainage. Sump pumps are on the more extreme end of moisture control. Often, we can find other ways to keep water out of your basement, either by improving drainage or resolving foundation leaks.

As with our sump pump services, we always try to find the least invasive approach to keeping moisture out of your home. If we can prevent moisture issues by sealing the building envelope or rerouting drainage outdoors, we will. If moisture issues continue, we may recommend a dehumidifier. If your basement is musty or your house feels too humid, we will test the relative humidity of your home.
