In the simplest terms DESIGN BUILD, is the idea of a single individual or entity, performing both the design and the construction of your project, as opposed to an Architect or Designer generating the design, and a contractor building your project. The DESIGN BUILD approach is already well established in other parts of the world, has been for some time, and is gaining in popularity here. This is due predominantly to the fact that with one individual who is capable of understanding the totality of the project, the conclusion, is a cohesive project, rather than one where the design appears applied, rather than integrated with the construction.

We provide design services in-house as well as partner with some of the best designers, engineers, and architects in the region depending on what a client, and the project needs. We provide design services in tandem with our pre-construction estimating and discovery due diligence or Professional Service Agreements (PSA) to make sure the design path does not derail a project. So many projects go to the imaginary junk heap because the creative energy created a $700k project for a $400k budget. And by the time that is discovered, the time and money has already been spent.
