The website is, but not limited to, a good sampling of items I have had in the past and can reorder. Anything else is up to your imagination and mine. You can make changes to anything or design your own furniture. We are here to help you with all of you decorating needs to make your house, the home of your dreams. Rustic Home opened in December of 2010 in the "Village Shops of Los Ranchos" on 4th Street behind the Calico Cantina and Cafe in Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, New Mexico. The need for this type of business was realized during a trip to Texas where we had purchased some furniture for our own home in Kansas. So I then, in November of 2001, opened a store called "Home on The Range" in Topeka. I knew that this type of furniture would mix with antiques and even more modern looks, as well as my customers own rustic and ranch style decor so I opened my own rustic furniture store.

Now, about the furniture. All of my furniture is handmade in Mexico, yes, handmade to order whether I order or you order it. Each piece of rustic furniture will have cracks, distressed surfaces, variations in the wood as well as in the color and unknown marks. Each piece will NOT exactly match another but it all goes together so well, you don't even notice it. We will put the same color on your pieces but they don't always look exact except for the hardware which itself is rustic too.
