City Service Paving is an asphalt, concrete maintenance and repair contractor in Southern California. We provide a wide range of services when it comes to your maintenance and new construction needs. It all started back in 1974 by Jon Beach. Jon was a recent graduate of Cal State University Fullerton with a degree in biology. At that time biotech had not yet been invented and there were limited opportunities for a career in biology. Jon teamed with a friend, David Schafer, who had the idea of starting an asphalt paving company.
