Home Builders Association

The Home Builders Association of Western Michigan (HBAWMI) is the professional association for members of the housing industry who advocate for legislative, educational and economic initiatives to promote home ownership in our community. The association was established in 1946 and represents Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Calhoun, Branch and Van Buren Counties as well as parts of Allegan and Barry Counties. If you're considering building a new home or remodeling the home you're in, the Home Builders Association is comprised of top industry experts who would love to talk to you about any project you have in mind.

HBA of Western Michigan is proud to present the 29th Annual Parade of Homes showcasing the latest in-home building design and products. The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour where ticket holders can view as many homes as they like in any order they choose. Ticket purchases include the official Parade of Homes Guide Book which contains pictures and descriptions of each home, and a map. If you're thinking about building a new home or remodeling the one you have, this is the time to meet with HBA Builder Members as they showcase their home designs and craftsmanship.
