Our thermostat was not functioning correctly. We live in Plant City and knew of Alan's A/C I called and made the appointment. I inquired about the cost of replacing the thermostat. I was told that they would bring a thermostat but they would set it up as a service call and if they had to do work they would only charge for the work. A couple of hours later this very nice young man Tom Lee came to help us. He was a delight. Friendly, helpful and took care of our issue and only charged for the service call. That was very honest because he could have said the thermostat needed to be replaced and charge us more. Our a/c unit has a few years and sooner or later we will have to replace it. My AC stopped working suddenly today...on a Saturday afternoon just a couple days after Hurricane Ian went through. I called Alan's to come out & they were there within the hour, polite, professional and fixed it fast! Awesome service!

Our AC went out a couple days ago. So I got on FB and the one company that a lot of people have been saying good things about was Alan’s Air Conditioning. So I called and they responded and Julian came out and assessed the problem. The following day they sent a team to replace my unit. 12 hours later we have cold air again. Greatest company to work with. Everyone was really polite and informative.

We have used Alan’s for years! Our blower motor went out yesterday and they had it up and cooling within 24 hours! We won’t let an other company touch our ac! Thank y’all so much for always being so prompt and your guy’s are top notch!!

Everything! Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t have an answer for you they get it quickly. They are honest with their findings, the cost, etc. They take care of business quickly and correctly.
