When Jack Euratte and Richard Bedwell built an asphalt plant adjacent to a stone quarry in Muncie, Indiana in 1967, they likely weren't thinking of their new company, E&B Paving, as a provider of world-class solutions. They simply delivered outstanding asphalt paving services to customers throughout Northeast Indiana. 1967: Incorporated by Jack Euratte and Richard Bedwell (the E&B of E&B Paving) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stony Creek Stone Co., with one plant located at Irving Brothers' stone quarry in Muncie, Ind. Bill Irving was appointed President and Oren West a Vice President.
