Jeff is a life-long Spokane resident and feels very fortunate to live and work in a place as beautiful as Spokane. In 1988, he began his career in the residential rental and commercial housing industry. In 1994, he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University. He is a "hands-on" owner/operator who takes a personal approach and much pride in any services HIMM provides.

The new garage door that was just installed will not fit/go up all the way? No problem, just cut away some of the main roof structure support to make things work. Geez 🙄!!!
