We had our air ducts and dryer ducts cleaned for the first time. Amanda, their customer service agent was very quick to respond, responsive, and informative. She made the process of scheduling very easy. They called me when they were on their way to let me know what time they would arrive. They arrived on time and we're wearing masks and wore shoe booties. They did a great job working around our house with our 3 kids home and my husband working from home. Would highly recommend.

Over time we noticed increasing dust on EVERYTHING, dusty duct odors and nasal congestion and sneezing. Since our cats had recently passed and we had not had the ducts cleaned in a long time we did some research and called AirWhiz. They charge by the main trunk duct and the vents it feeds, they went through the house systematically as well as the furnace fan.
The guys were pleasant and effIcient, with no clutter after moving furniture and no dust or odors. They show the before and after cleaning via fiber optic video, pretty clean! They made an offer to deodorize the ducts, which we passed on, however we did accept the offer to clean the dryer vent. Since the cleaning the air is obviously clearer and our congestion has pretty much resolved. The price seemed reasonable for the results obtained, we would call on AirWhiz for future needs.

The technicians were very professional, polite, clean and very thorough. We also had the sanitizing service done and liked the fact that no harsh chemicals were used. I think they use thyme oil. I think it's a good idea to have one's vents cleaned every few years. It had been 10 years since our last vent cleaning and AirWiz was great. The price was exactly as quoted.

We are very happy with AirWiz services. Our house was long overdue for the air duct cleaning. AirWiz team was very polite and efficient in solving this - air quality is so much better now. Completely satisfied with the overall duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service provided. The three gentlemen were courteous (wore booties and masks throughout), communicated on what they were doing and what they were finding. The job was completed in the time needed to do it properly, it was not rushed and they even fixed the dryer hose and a loose lint trap in the dryer, adding a new screw. I had Angel and his crew come clean and check our dryer vent. He was thorough and checked everything and had the crew move the van so they could run the cord outside the house to the vent off our deck. Angel checked to make sure the hook up was secure (it had been a while since that was checked as the previous crew last time did not check the connection saying with a flashlight leaning over the dryer it was fine).
They called to tell me they were 25 minutes away and completed the cleaning in about 40 minutes. I will continue using Airwiz for dryer vent cleaning. They are better than the two previous companies I utilized before I discovered them a few years ago. Great company and good customer service from start to finish.

I cannot say enough how positive my experience was. From setting the appointment to the completion of the job, everyone was responsive and professional. The 2 gentlemen that came out were polite and on time. Everything was reviewed and explained before they began work and they showed before and after pictures. This was hands down a better experience from the last company that I used. They charged a fair rate with no surprise up charges. I will reach out again the next time my ducts need servicing.

AirWiz was wonderful. From first contact they were easy to work with and professional. They sent a reminder about my appointment days in advance, and called, left voice mail and texted to make sure I knew when the crew would arrive within their time window as they made their way on the day of service. They were friendly polite and helpful while in our home, being mindful of our newborn and cat.
They even found and fixed an issue with our dryer vent! Before work they explained the process, and walked us through what they found with photos at the end. Of all the work being done on our house as we move in, our experience with AirWiz has been one of the best- and at a really reasonable rate! Performed dryer vent cleaning with long tube able to reach dryer from outside through several bends, twists and turns of the vent tubing. Showed me pictures of inside of vent tubing with scope after cleaning which looked good. I also added on chimney cleaning since it hadn't been done in a while. Technician told me about loose damper which will need to be tightened. Technicians were very professional arriving on time after calling ahead of time. I'd definitely recommend this service.

Amanda is so nice and friendly, she explained all their service options and scheduled the appointment for us. Alex and Lester arrived ahead of time, answered our questions, cleaned and sanitized every single vent and all the ducts in our house.
They went above and beyond to address all our concerns. They even helped with some other AC issues. It's been a few days after the duct cleaning, and we can really feel the difference in our indoor air. It really works, and you can't go wrong with AirWiz! These guys showed up on time. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Alex explained to us how everything worked and even brought to our attention some odd things with our duct system. This we will need to follow up with another company. They did a thorough job and left my house clean. Both Alex and Angel were super knowledgeable and efficient. Freddy and his assistant (sorry, forgot to ask his name) were wonderful. They cleaned my dryer vent and did some minor repairs. They were very nice, hardworking and honest. The job took 2 hours, and they were very thorough. Freddy said the dryer vent had never been cleaned before I occupied this house. They recommended cleaning the dryer vent once a year. Wonderful service. Scheduling was easy, and the technicians arrived right on sked, with a call 1/2 hour before. They walked us through the vents and systems, and went to work. Incidentally, they wore wraps on their shoes when coming into the house, and laid a cover wrap on the entrance floor to cover their potential mess. It's been 3 hours since the techs left. I can feel the added airflow and the house feels warmer (this is Feb). 10 stars for AirWiz

We had a very positive experience with AirWiz! We are in the process of installing a new AC system and wanted to get our ducts cleaned before the new system is installed. AirWiz was at my neighbor's house last week and my neighbor was very happy with the service. So, I called and found Amanda to be knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions and was able to book us an appointment with short notice. Carlos and his partner arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the ducts and kept me informed of their progress.
They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The Other positive aspect of using Airwiz services is that they have a fixed price of $548 for a single system no matter how many vents (supply & return) there are, and they do not play the bait and switch game! If they find any issues they inform you and it is your choice to address it or not!

As a first time home owner, I wasn't sure what to expect with getting my air ducts cleaned. Airwiz was amazing to work with. They were responsive in getting me scheduled. Roberto called within the time slot I was given and let me know he was 25 minutes away (so arrival was still within the time slot given). I'm really happy with the quality of work.
We got the duct cleaning and sanitizing. It was so gross to see the "before" on the video camera and satisfying to see the "after"! They did a thorough job and were also extremely nice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They did a great job cleaning our dryer vent, and when we had concerns, the owner sent the crew out again to address them. We definitely would hire them again and hope they set up reminders for past customers that service may be due. Also, the owner was especially gracious listening to our concerns and addressing them promptly.

First, the two gentlemen were polite and seemed like they did a thorough job cleaning the ducts. Originally I had two issues: 1. they left a mark on the hardwood floor - I originally thought it was a deep scratch but it was just a mark on the floor. 2. They left a mess in the basement where they cut into the duct work in two places. When Juliano heard I wasn't too happy about about this he immediately called and offered to make it right. He came over and removed the mark on the floor and compensated me for having to clean-up the basement. A really good response to the situation.

This was the first time getting our ducts cleaned since we moved in. AirWiz scheduled an appointment with us over the phone the week prior and on the day of they arrived on time ready to go. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't push any extra services that weren't needed. The entire cleaning took approximately 1.5-2 hours for our single family house with 1 unit (cost is by the number units).
They found everything from hot wheels cars, ant traps, and years of dog fur and dust from the previous owner(s). They showed us before and after pictures and the difference was eye opening and we were disgusted that we didn't do this sooner. After cleaning up their equipment, staff provided recommendations to keep our vents and ducts clear of debris and how to prevent future issues.
My basement stairs are narrow and while moving the vacuum up the steps they put a small ding in the drywall. Both the staff on scene and at the business apologized multiple times and had a handyman patch the drywall next day. 10/10 would use them again and have already recommend them to family and friends in the area.

I found this company through Yelp, and I feel like this site can always be hit or miss. 150 great reviews and then the 1 bad review that makes you think the other 150 were made up. That being said, I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with Air Wiz Cleaning. They arrived on time, I even got a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. They were extremely dutiful and conscientious with their work.
This is a home that hasn't had its duct work cleaned since 1994, so I was kinda expecting like a dead animal to be found in the piles and piles of dirt they pulled out of my vents. Just a word of advice to people getting this done. It is LOUD. Like, Boeing 757 taking off from your front yard loud. My son is extremely sensitive to noise, plus all of us are working or learning from home.
In the future I would probably leave while they are here, leaving my husband who couldn't hear a dump truck going through a nitroglycerin plant, to take care of payment and such. This is not their fault just a word of advice. Also, they followed all COVID precautions with foot booties and masks the entire time.

Amazing! Very professional from start to finish, including the call I made for an estimate. Straightforward, competitive pricing, and very polite technicians. My before and after pics are INCREDIBLE. My dryer vent was extremely dirty, damaged, and was unnecessarily long - the AirWiz technicians simply replaced it for me with a brand new one that fits perfectly. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend AirWiz to anyone I know looking for deep cleaning of their vents!

Giuliano stopped by to provide a quote and was readily available on the phone or Yelp messaging. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday morning between 8-10am.
