Steel downspouts do come painted in a select variety of colors please inquire within. We do not stock steel, it is a special order item only, generally requiring at least one week for delivery. We carry a variety of downspout fastening devices, and these can vary depending on job conditions, but out most popular fastener is the wrap around strap and concealed clip. All aluminum downspouts are fastened together with painted stainless steel screws.

Unfortunately, gutters can't clean themselves! When water cant flow out, excess water weight can cause damage, and the standing water is a great breeding ground for pesky mosquitoes. Every spring and fall, you should take a few minutes to clean your gutters. Be sure to remove all objects, such as toys, branches, and leaves. A good way to flush the troughs is with a garden hose and rubber spatula or childs rake. Dont forget to flush the downspouts as well because they can get clogged with debris.
