AAI is a large HVAC/R, and Mechanical company based in Manchester NH. We are committed to offering economical solutions to your construction and service needs. An Accurate Air PM is designed to detect, isolate and correct potential problems in your Air Conditioning and heating system before they become major problems leading to breakdown and possible replacement of your equipment. Seventy-five percent of all repairs can be avoided with regular maintenance and eighty percent of all compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems that lead to the failure were corrected in a timely manner. An un-maintained system can raise your electrical and fuel bills by as much as fifty percent.

Our Service Technicians pride themselves on a job well done. All our Technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and are Factory Trained. Some of them have been in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) business since the 1970's. Utilizing cellular phones keeps our Technicians in contact with each other and our Service Manager to get us there faster so you don't have to wait all day.
