We are based in Doylestown and have been in business for 23 years renovating some of the older Historic Buildings in the area. We started back In 1994 with the renovation of an old mill built in 1714. The 12,000 sq ft mill, now called the 'Water Wheel, ' was an old Grist Mill that had been abandoned for 3 years. It required a full renovation/restoration, new roof, kitchen, pointing and sandblasting of the old stone walls and repointing, we even had to rebuild the old bridge over the mill race in the back, with steel beams to the new code.
