Roof coating is a service that we offer for a great price especially when added in to exterior quotes as a package deal. We pressure wash the majority of our roofs with our gas pressure washer. We then coat with a 10 year product or better. In Arizona, roofs need to be recoated at least every 5 years. Even if you think it was previously done properly, have us check it after 4 to 5 years from the last time of service. Warranties are available upon request. This is a great way to feel assured your full exterior is completely protected from the time we finish.
Painting the exterior of your home or business is extremely important here in Southern Arizona. We get an average of 284 sunny days! Those are all days in which the strong Arizona sun is beating down on your home. Without a strong protective coating, this means your exterior paint color will start fade, and then the stucco itself will begin to crack. This exposes you home to more deterioration including rain seeping into the cracks and making them worse. This could also lead to stucco cracks near your windows which could potentially lead to leaks inside your home when it rains - especially during our monsoon season.
Interior painting is not as easy as people think. Before we even touch a paint brush or a spray gun we remove faceplates, move furniture, mask areas as needed, caulk cracks, patch drywall and apply texture, prime and the list goes on. Another issue that is often overlooked is the type of paint sheens involved with interior painting. The levels start at flat paint which is good for ceiling paint. Velvet or low sheen are good for larger rooms or larger homes that are not touched by human hands much.
Cleaning out your garage is a hassle but we can help! We have the experience to do these task quickly and with the least interruption to your daily routine as possible. Ideally we like to paint all the walls, ceiling and doors before we lay epoxy. This gives you a nice new garage. There is a process that is very dangerous called etching which is where we use a special acid to clean the floor from any grease, dirt and grime before applying epoxy. This ensures your epoxy will not bubble, or peel in the future.
