For over 30 years, The Cedar Rapids Home Show has been held annually in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitors to the show can see the latest in building products and services displayed by exhibitors to assist them in constructing or improving their home and yard. The Cedar Rapids Home Show has thousands of ideas to help make your house a home. The Parade of Homes is an annual event the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association organizes and produces to provide the public the opportunity to tour new and remodeled homes during the height of the buying, building or remodeling season.

Through advocacy and education, the Association unites and supports area home builders, remodelers, associates, and their affiliates and promotes construction of safe, affordable homes and resilient communities. To associate the home builders within the area of territorial jurisdiction for purposes of mutual advantage and cooperation. To develop and maintain within the home building industry a high appreciation of the objectives and responsibilities of home builders in fully serving the public. To advocate and encourage the constant improvement of home building techniques and practices.

The Spring & Fall Parade of Homes are annual events the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association organizes and produces to offer potential home buyers and current homeowners the opportunity to view many of the area's best new and remodeled homes and exciting new neighborhoods. Visitors to our parade will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire.
