Our 50,000-square-foot facility in Hortonville, WI offers a five-stage iron phosphate wash system, continuous liquid paint or powder coating line, batch oven, media blast booth, spray booths, a production conveyor system and convenient loading docks. We are fully insured and in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Our state-of-the-art production line is tailored to adapt to a wide range of sizes, shapes, quantities and special constraint components and is capable of handling materials as large as 56" high, 30" wide, and 23' long as well as efficient handling of smaller production runs.
Precise application of specialty coatings such as epoxy, urethanes, enamels, and zinc as well as extensive experience in military coatings. Our conveyorized pre-treatment system and new state-of-the-art Col-Met spray booth allow high quality, efficient and cost-effective painting. Off-line painting is also available for items too large to handle on the line or small quanity orders. Thermoset powder coatings have remarkably better mechanical, corrosion, and chemical resistance when compared with all other organic finishes.
