Prime Products specializes in providing high quality spray paint finishes for mid- to low- volume applications. Our process is designed to comply with all customer requirements for pre-cleaning, primer application, coating thickness, adhesion, texture, color and gloss. We are able to paint a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic, polycarbonate, and silicone. Our pre-cleaning capabilities include ultrasonic cleaning, plasma treating, immersion washing, liquid honing, sand blasting and more.

Prime Products' carbon dioxide (CO) laser cutting capabilities are ideally suited for a variety of applications. Laser cutting is an ideal process for any production volume - from prototypes to long run. Our advanced 2-axis CO laser utilizes a flying optics design and is fitting with auto-focus and contouring features - ensuring a strong balance of speed and precision. Prime Products' CO laser cutting equipment provides up to 400 watts of power, a 4′ x 4′ cutting area and a flying optics design, which is extremely fast, accurate, and capable of rastering as well as cutting.
