Bungalow 47 was born in April 2011, but it was in the making for many years. Owners Jill Rinner and Chantelle Deimling share a longtime passion for mixing old and new, which brought together a unique collection of items in a stylish boutique. Needing a product that would help customers add their personal style to vintage furniture, Bungalow 47 began using and selling a chalk-based paint. Distribution to other small boutiques came next, and quickly Jill and Chantelle were using their years of marketing and product development experience to help retailers build their businesses using paint to repurpose vintage furniture and decor.
