Precision Painting of Bradenton Inc. is a family owned company. Our head is Ricky Jones, a 2nd generation painter, who has lived and worked in Manatee County all his life. Our teams are true painters and most have been with us for 5+ years some over 20 yrs. Our men are extremely capable of producing a fine product, and a satisfied client! Owner/ Sales/ Supervisor/ and Billing Ricky is 40 years in the painting business, first with family, and most years as owner. He mostly does the running of the business as we employee 10 men and he is in the field communicating with the clients, pointing out problem spots to the men, seeing jobs stay on time and are completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Dry wall repairs can be as simple as a light weight patch for a nail hole from a picture frame, to a removal and replacement of a section of ceiling due to a water leak. To make a proper repair of a hole the size of a softball, you have to remove the damaged drywall area from stud to stud add a space here (all walls are built on a 16 take the space away here studded framework). Then you would cut a replacement piece of drywall, attach it using a drywall screw(s), and using drywall mud, cover the screws and the seams.

This is a coating application done on homes and building next to or near water. Waterproofing products can lock out moisture penetration of wind driven rain up to 100 mph. We recommend using this application on island properties and homes on or near the rivers, estuaries, or any other waterway.

A clean surface is a must, this is accomplished by a gentle but thorough pressure washing. We follow by prepping any areas needing special attention, then the roof coating product appropriate for the substrate is used. Metal roofs, tile, concrete, and stone can all be coated for moisture repellent, strength, and appearance.
