In 1984, Steve Dietrich and a close friend visited Steve's Aunt in Mund's Park Arizona, outside Flagstaff. Here they operated a small painting outfit for the Summer. Steve, a Hempfield High School grad & local resident, then finished his Business degree from Susquehanna University in 1985 and entered the computer industry in New York City. His experiences there, developing technology solutions for large general contractors, earned him a solid background in construction accounting/management and superior customer service.
