The office staff is completely professional and lovely to deal with. Peter (my home inspector) is just great. Calm, quick to respond and incredibly efficient. In particular, I was very impressed with the communications from the office during the storms and Peter's willingness to trudge through the snow to check on the house.

For properties such as a shopping plazas, office complexes, churches, medical buildings or legal offices, we provide thorough weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly property inspections of the exterior and interior of the building. We check for broken windows, leaky faucets and other items in need of attention. For seasonal buildings such as restaurants, we do regular off-season inspections while the building is vacant. After all property inspections, we contact the owners to notify them about any issues.

The Cape Associates Painting Division serves all of Cape Cod and Plymouth and brings the resources of a large company and the knowledge of many years of experience in the field. We know the process and the materials; we use the best quality paint products available through companies such as Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore, and offer detailed estimates which enable clear communication to get the project done to our customers satisfaction. We have the expertise to handle a wide range of painting projects, from large commercial work to small residential jobs, such as painting a front door or a bathroom.
