Scott Hale Plumbing made a big dirty project go as smooth as possible... even with the rain delay. The workers were polite, a touch of humor, informative, answered questions, efficient... just all round a great group to do the job.
The thing that stood out to me the most is how respectful they were to each other. It takes a top notch company to create that kind of atmosphere.

I cannot say enough good about Scott Hale Heating, Plumbing, and Air. In the last year we’ve had to replace our water heater, furnace, and central air. We called Scott Hale Plumbing because of a sewer gas that permeated our bathrooms. Not only did they schedule us in quickly, even though they were very busy, but they arrived on time and solved the problem. They came back several more times to check if the problem had been corrected.
Thanks to their terrific service and pleasant employees, we will always go to Scott Hale for any plumbing problems.

These guys were amazing to work with to get us up and running with our new gas range....they had to come out several times, but were very friendly and courteous... then I have the best sniffer in the world... and on Saturday could smell just a faint bit of gas, nobody else in the house could smell it, but to be safe Greg called they sent someone out on Saturday evening...All I have to say is AMAZING customer service to do that on a Saturday evening... and my sniffer was right....fixed. Thank you, All of you the helped us, but especially the gentleman that had to not spend Saturday evening with his family for us.

Jeff and Don were extremely professional during their visit, made sure I understood what my choices were and what the cost of each would be before completing any work. I also appreciated the timely manner in which the entire process was completed. Not only did they help with the plumbing issue, but Jeff even threw away a rotting pumpkin I'd carved for me! This thing was absolutely shriveled and disturbingly moldy... imagine 2020 as a jack-o-lantern. 😳 Any company that can spare me from showering in ankle-deep water AND get rid of my failed pumpkin carving in the same afternoon gets a 5 star recommendation from me!
