Having a lean team allows us to respond to market changes as needed, and ensures that communication is fast and efficient without the extra burden of departments and paperwork. When you work with Stauffer & Sons, you will meet personally with Andy Stauffer for the entirety of the sales, design, and budgeting process, and you'll work directly with Mike Rice for the building process.
Today we broke ground on a new home in the Broadmoor area at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs. We're building a new home for the Briggle family in one of the most beautiful areas of town. Ron Stauffer has been building websites and marketing businesses on the web for over twelve years.
Stauffer & Sons Construction is based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, but we've spent years building all over the Pikes Peak region. As a custom home builder, we've always had the business model of the "build on your lot" builder, where the clients buy their own land, and we build your home on it. Sometimes, this means we drive a distance to where our clients' land is in order to build. These days, we're keeping pretty busy building within Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas (Monument, Falcon, Woodland Park, etc).
