The negative reviews for North Dallas F&A are so surprising to me because we had absolutely nothing less than the best experience. We had an 8ft fence quoted by George and within 1 week it was completed. It's absolutely stunning and everything we wanted. George was fantastic to work with!

Very Rude Customer Service by Holli! Myself and my neighbor were going to share the fence. On My side ground level is lower than him so we requested them yesterday to look on our side as well before we give a go. She said George will show up late afternoon. I took off from work and waited for him. I called the company around 4pm to check on him. Hollie said He may NOT come and the best part is when she said "Why should we even come and take a look from your side?" I believe no way they can build a new fence without looking at it from my side. It's anyways going to fall down.
I was really confused at this point. She should have mentioned me this yesterday. When I asked her why she dint inform me that he is not going to come. She responded We are really NOT looking for any business now.
Very bad attitude!!
Right after she hung up the phone, door bell rang and George was there!
He got a call from Hollie and She was asking him to come back!! What an awkward moment.
It's not just the $3500 business that they are losing today but it could be a few hundreds of Good Customers!!

I hired North Dallas Fence to replace my side yard fence that was falling down. The new fence is absolutely beautiful. The materials they used are of the best quality. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a day. The fence looks so good, I now want the fence in my backyard done again and it's only a few years old. George and Holli are both so nice that I would do business with them again. Love my new fence.

I had my fence replaced about 4 months ago and I couldn't be happier with their work and the customer service. When spending such a large chunk of money, you expect the end product to be excellent and it was. They finished the job in one day and I have received multiple comments on the work. They do not dip their wood in stain before they put up the fence which I was a little concerned about since many other companies use the pre-dip as a selling point. They come back out after the wood has dried and stain which helps the wood absorb more. The stain job was excellent and there was almost not overspray anywhere on my property. I can already tell the stain is going to last substantially longer than my neighbors fence who had theirs completed at the same time and it is already fading. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
