Menlo Flooring just finished a job at our place; 1600 square ft of hardwood floor had to be replaced due to moisture damage. The team did an excellent job; removing the glued-down old floor, leveling the slab, putting in a new moisture barrier, laying sound insulation and a beautiful floating new hardwood floor. We were around and it was great to watch the attention to detail and the ambition to do a great job. Excellent result. Well done!

Terrible experience. The sales people were very falsely friendly and accommodating at the point-of-sale. They missed their delivery date and then tried to charge me four times the delivery amount, ontop of what I originally paid for. I had to cancel the order. I called and talked to three different people who are going to help me cancel the order and I never heard back. I had to go back into the store physically to do it.

Menlo Flooring was a great experience from start to finish. They have a myriad of samples and choices for flooring. They give the best advice for which choice is best for your needs. The installer, Pablo was expert, patient, and inventive to fix problems and find solutions. The floor is beautiful and their installation perfection!

Menlo Flooring had a very large choice of materials, including a waterproof laminate that was just what we needed for our 700 Ft. plus area. They managed to accommodate our installation schedule and our custom materials needs. Their installation team needed little supervision and performed quickly with good quality workmanship.

Menlo Flooring had such a variety of samples which is great but can be a bit overwhelming! Although, Eugene, Thays and Marcos make it so easy by helping us with picking the right colors and explaining the technical side of each product! There really is no better place to go if you are looking for knowledgable, good customer service!

Changing carpeting throughout our home after we were living there was a massive undertaking filled with lots of angst. Eugene and Marcos were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They guided us in the absolute best direction for our needs. In addition, the installers were so experienced and sensitive to our concerns. The truly provided us with a seamless (pun intended) installation.

Changing floors is a huge undertaking. We shopped for almost a year before we found Menlo Flooring. The store has more flooring products than any we have seen. And indeed we found exactly what we were looking for. Eugene and Marcos manage the store and Marcos was our project manager. We found him to be very knowledgeable and accessible. Most importantly he manages the project with the goal of customer satisfaction. Given and his team who are the installers did an excellent job. He stayed with our project until every little item was completed to our satisfaction. We LOVE our new floors.

We recently completed a remodel with beautiful new hardwood floors from Menlo Flooring and we love them! The selection and high quality of service far surpassed any other store we visited. Both Eugene and Marcos were extremely attentive and instrumental in helping us select flooring that would work with our aesthetic and within our budget. The owner, Eugene, has a great design sense and was quickly able to recommend numerous options for our hardwood floors, rugs that we needed, and tiles that we used around our fireplace. Marcos was very accommodating with scheduling deliveries and quickly responded to any questions we had. Going through a remodel can often be a stressful process, but working with Menlo Flooring was delightfully stress-free. I highly recommend checking them out!

A big shoutout to Menlo Flooring & Design for the terrific job they did on the flooring for our townhome! It was a great experience from start to finish. They have a large selection of hardwoods, tile and carpet. They gave us great advice on the advantages and disadavantages of the different options for our application. Once we made our choices the work was scheduled quickly and they did a tremendous job. It looks beautiful! They were by far the easiest to deal with and their's was the best of the four quotes we received. Thanks!
