I highly recommend Dan for home repair work. He did an amazing job repairing and painting the exterior trim and decorative woodwork that had rotted and gotten dingy over the years. I really appreciate the attention to detail and thoroughness of the work.

Took time, effort and skill to do my roofing job a year ago. It was a hard roofing job, with rotting wood, previous shingles not removed from fly by night company that had done it in the past. So far so good... roof has not leaked. He also took down aluminum siding and put up white vinyl siding and re wrapped windows and did lots of cuts and turns found on an old house. Thank you, Dan.

Hired Sunset to do a wrap on the house. Dan came out did an estimate which I thought was more than fair. He did most of the work himself, took almost a week but did an excellent job.
He found some problems with my roof, areas with flashing, explained what the damage was caused by, and how to fix it. The repair work added onto the contract was very fair. He did a great job finding match shingles.

Dan and his team did a wonderful job residing the top half of our house in preparation for a sale. The house sold in 1 day! From the estimate to finishing the work was performed professionally and quickly. Removed old cedar shakes, installed new vinyl siding, clad and sealed windows - all with excellent care and with a wonderful finished product.
