As our project is coming to its final stages in Habersham, I wanted to just express my appreciation to both Jeff and Mark. My wife and I have undertaken 4 prior homebuilding projects over the past 20 years here in the Low Country, without a doubt this final undertaking with WaterMark Coastal Homes by far exceeded everyone of those. We have been fortunate enough to have lived in some of the finest communities here(Belfair, Palmetto Bluff), but my wife's heart always belonged to Habersham and Beaufort. Our research for our final project led us to WaterMark and Jeff/Mark. From the design phase moving forward, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with them. These guys are awesome!!!!! We are in the process of having a home built and they hear EVERYTHING we say. I think they are more concerned with our home being perfect than we are!!
