George has been involved in residential construction for over 40 years. His experience and reputation in the industry are second to none. George graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Business and began his home building and remodeling business shortly thereafter. He has developed several top notch communities in York County, build 100's of homes, and completed numerous successful remodeling projects. In short, we build high performance homes that are less expensive to operate, more comfortable to live in, and pay you back in returned energy savings WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK. ENERGY STAR qualified homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC). Any home three stories or less can earn the ENERGY STAR label if it has been verified to meet EPA's guidelines for energy efficiency.
